Sizing can be tricky. Our sizing guide pictured can help you find your perfect fit. There are different ways to measure your fingers but here are the most helpful.

The String Method

If you take a piece of string and wrap it around your finger, and mark where the string meets. You can then measure the length to know the diameter. Our one little tip is to make sure the string is tight or else the ring will be too loose.

A Jewellery Store

If you are still unsure and want to nail it- you can also visit any jewellery store and they can measure your finger- most of these stores do it for free.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email the glist team at glistinclusivejewellery@gmail.com

If any items were received damaged or faulty, please contact the Glist team. You can return any item purchased within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Exchange Policy

SIZE EXCHANGES

Postage fees for exchanges is the liability of the customer.

To exchange sizes:

1. Email the Glist team with your order number and correct size request.

2. You will need to ship the original package to the address on the back of the package within 3 business days of receiving the ring:

3. Take a photo of the tracking number and send a copy to the Glist Team. Once received and inspected, a new ring will be shipped.

Please note: If the size you are after is not available, a refund will be issued after the ring has been shipped back. This is done as restocking maybe lengthy in time. It will be at the buyers discretion to repurchase when the right size is back in stock.

A refund also allows for customers to repurchase in a different style of ring as exchanges can only be done for the same product.

Can I send the ring back if it’s the wrong size? 
Ofcourse! We have an exchange policy in place which has a step-by-step guide to help get the exchange process going.

How long after we order will orders be shipped?
Please allow 3 business days from payment for your order to be shipped.

Can I pay with after pay?
After pay is now available for customers.

Will you offer other jewellery pieces such as watches, bangles etc?
Yes, hopefully sooner than later.


What are the rings made of?

Our female collections are made of Sterling Silver, which prevent your finger from going green and are free from copper and Alloy materials.

Our Mens Collection are made of Tungsten which is known for its durability.
